The Villa Estrella del Mar is situated on raised ground in a new development of attractive architect-designed villas and bungalows. It is in a quiet road with magnificent views of the sea (two minutes’ drive) and mountains. Its west-facing aspect ensures spectacular views of the setting sun. The villa has its own private gardens at the front and rear. At the rear, there is a large patio with dining area and private pool on a lower level. On the first floor there is a large sun balcony with table and chairs, with access from the master bedroom and landing.
